Quality and procedures


 XIB India has developed standards and procedures to ensure compliance between ordered service and delivered results to our customers.

Generally the procedures are collected in two different documents i) Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and ii) XIB India, Quality Manual (XIB QM).

SOP will contain issues such as; health, environment, security, process for employment, employees rights and responsibilities.

XIB QM describes our work to improve quality. Auditing, incident reporting, corrective actions are main pillars in this work. This manual also describes and set requirements to work processes and auditing of the same.
